Founded in 1944, the A.E.C.C is composed of individual ministers and churches who are united in accepting "Seven Articles of Faith." These seven articles are-the Bible as the written word of God; the Virgin birth; the deity of Jesus Christ; Salvation through the atonement; guidance of our life through prayer; the return of the Saviour; the establishment of the Millennial Kingdom.
The American Evangelical Christian Churches offers the following credentials-Certified Christian Worker, Commission to Preach, Licensed Minister and Ordained Minister to those who accept the Seven Articles of Faith, who put unity in Christ first and are approved by A.E.C.C.
A.E.C.C seeks to promote the gospel through its ministers, churches and missionary activities.
Churches operate independently with all decisions concerning local government left to the individual churches.
The organization also has ministers in Canada, England, Bolivia, Philippines Thailand, Brazil and South America.
